4. Your content
Anything you upload or post — audio, stems, project files, notes, messages, listings, profile text and images — is your content. You keep ownership of it.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to operate the service for you and the people you share it with (for example, streaming your track to your project collaborators, or showing your listing photos in the marketplace). This licence ends when you delete the content, apart from copies retained in routine backups for a limited time.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any samples, loops, recordings or artwork. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
Content you mark as public (for example a public project or an active listing) can be seen by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Content in private projects is visible only to that project’s members.
Collaboration does not decide who owns a song. Sort out splits, credits and ownership with your collaborators yourselves — Faded Eden is not a party to those agreements.
